Fusarium graminearum and Fusarium meridionale raw sequence reads

These whole genome sequencing data are for a comparative genomics study of Fusarium graminearum and Fusarium meridionale isolates from maize and wheat in Brazil and the U.S. The goals are to better understand the basis for host specificity, and the evolutionary biology and population genetics of these two members of the Fusarium sambucinum species complex in North and South America.
