This record contains:- 4 fastqs which are subsets of fastqs corresponding to mESC and 168h gastruloids (the whole fastqs are available at SRA).- All command lines which have been used to generate these fastqs: - The main script is pipeline.sh - Other files are temporary files or accessory scriptsThe subsetting is totally biased and promote cells from different clusters so the proportion are absolutely artifical!
The goal of this subsetting is to be able to use this data in training and workflow testing.
