In order to elucidate why mild hypothermia of 35degC could promote neurogenesis of cultured hNSCs, we performed single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to reveal the molecular mechanism. Overall design: hNSCs cultured under differentiation condition at 35degC and 37degC were collected to perform scRNA sequence.
