Histone PTMs from Embryos: Input, BioTAP-tagged Pc and Br140

Raw mass spectrometric data (.RAW) acquired on Orbitrap-Velos (ThermoFisher) of histones extracted from Drosophila melanogaster embryos (Joon_Embryo_histone) and recovered from BioTAP-XL pulldown of tagged Pc (Joon_Pc_histone) and Br140 (Joon_Br140_histone). Histones were derivatized with propionic anhydride, digested with trypsin, and derivatized again with propionic anhydride, to yield ArgC-like fragments. Peptides were then desalted with C18 STAGE-tips prior to LC-MS.
