After the end of the 20th century, regional integration processes gained prominence and reconfigured national/international relations, boosting the development of Mercosur and the European Union. In view of this, do the national parliaments participate in decisions on regional foreign policy? Through a regression model in a panel with Argentina, Germany, Brazil, Spain, France, Portugal and Uruguay, it was concluded that the legislative control and supranationalism reduce the rate of legislative participation in regional matters.
