Since 2008, the consumption volume of beer among French people has been increasing only slightly, reaching 33 liters per capita in 2017 and remaining at that spot since then. Craft beers are also gaining in popularity in France, increasing from 200 to 440 million euros in sales revenue between 2016 and 2020.
