RNA sequencing of breast cancer (mouse). Mus musculus

We found that Blg-Cre mediated deletion of Fbxw7 in mammary epithelial cells resulted in both excessive proliferation and massive apoptosis during late pregnancy, resulting in marked gland atrophy. Female mice of this strain eventually show a high incidence of breast carcinoma development. We performed RNA sequencing analysis to figure out underlying molecular mechanisms of tumorigenesis.
