数据用途和场景:为保证香蕉安全性,需要对香蕉农药残留百菌清含量进行把控。《食品安全国家标准 食品中农药最大残留限量》(GB 2763—2021)中规定,香蕉中百菌清最高限量值为0.2mg/kg。本数据主要用于监测诸暨市流通领域香蕉含量指标的情况,为监管部门提供监管依据。1.数据采集:数据采集于诸暨市场的抽检样品;2.对我市市场的抽检产品的检测值按照如下公式进行计算:X=C*V*f/m*K,式中:X为试样中待测组分含量,单位为毫克每千克(mg/kg);C为试样待测液中百菌清含量,单位为毫克每升(mg/L);V为试样待测液定容体积 ,单位为毫升(mL);m为试样质量 ,单位为克(g);定值f值;无核果K为1 。可得检查项目百菌清的含量数据。3.将以上检测数据对比国标NY/T 761-2008(第2部分 方法二) 《蔬菜和水果中有机磷、有机氯、拟除虫菊酯和氨基甲酸酯类农药多残留的测定》 第二法 标定的数据要求,在限定值内的为合格,超出限定值的为不合格。

Data Purpose and Application Scenarios: To ensure the safety of bananas, it is necessary to control the content of the pesticide residue chlorothalonil in bananas. According to the National Food Safety Standard of China: Maximum Residue Limits of Pesticides in Foods (GB 2763—2021), the maximum allowable residue limit of chlorothalonil in bananas is 0.2 mg/kg. This dataset is primarily used to monitor the chlorothalonil content indicators of bananas in the circulation market of Zhuji City, providing regulatory support for relevant supervision departments. 1. Data Collection: The dataset is sourced from sampled and tested banana products collected from markets in Zhuji City. 2. Detection Value Calculation: The detection values of the sampled banana products from Zhuji's markets are calculated using the following formula: $$X = frac{C imes V imes f imes K}{m}$$ Where: - $X$: Content of chlorothalonil in the test sample, unit: milligrams per kilogram (mg/kg); - $C$: Concentration of chlorothalonil in the sample test solution, unit: milligrams per liter (mg/L); - $V$: Constant volume of the sample test solution, unit: milliliters (mL); - $m$: Mass of the test sample, unit: grams (g); - $f$: Calibration factor; - $K$: Correction factor, set to 1 for seedless fruits. The chlorothalonil content data for the test items can thus be derived. 3. Qualification Assessment: The aforementioned detection data are compared against the data requirements specified in the national standard NY/T 761-2008 (Part 2, Method 2) "Determination of Multi-residues of Organophosphorus, Organochlorine, Pyrethroid and Carbamate Pesticides in Vegetables and Fruits" (Method 2). Samples with detection values within the specified limit are deemed qualified, while those exceeding the limit are classified as unqualified.
