Bactfast Analysis Files

This data set includes all analysis files generated as a result of the Bactfast workflow. The output is generated as .txt files. Each file provides a summary of the bacterial species identified in each patient sample along with the relative abundance (as a % of the total bacterial reads identified) for each species and also includes a genus abundance.
