Structure and composition of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungal community associated with mango

In order to investigate the types and community diversity distribution of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) in the rhizosphere soil of colonized mangoes, and further efficiently utilize beneficial AMF and develop microbial fertilizers. High-throughput sequencing technology was used to analyze the root zone soil AMF of two mango orchards in the Youjiang River Valley region with different planting years (10 years and 28 years) in different seasons (spring and autumn).
