Gene expression profiling of Eomes?/? and Wild Type Murine NK cells sorted into specific maturaion stages Overall design: NK cells were isolated from splenocytes harvested from ILC-Eomes?/? (Ncr1-iCreERT2 KI/WT x Rosa26YFPLSL x Eomesfl/fl mice treated with Tamoxifen) and WT mice and sorted into Stage II (CD27+CD11b-), Stage III (CD27+CD11b+), or Stage IV (CD27-CD11b+). We sought to identify genes regulated by Eomes in NK cells at different NK cell maturation stages.
