The human gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901 was treated by berberine at 20uM for 24h, and the control group was not treated with berberine. Total RNA was extracted, and sequenced. The mRNA and miRNA expression profiles were established based on the RNA-sequencing and miRNA-sequencing. Some novel miRNAs were also found.<br>
