Evolution of genetic variation within each patient during time for the E1-E2 and NS5A regions.

The nucleotide diversities (��) at the initial and final sampling times and the net nucleotide differentiation (Da, with Jukes-Cantor correction) are reported. For two patients, C22 and G26, the values of an intermediate sample (at T1) are also reported. (SD: standard deviation). Values from three different time samples are reported for two patients (C22 and G26) at the E1-E2 region and for one patient (C22) at the NS5A region.
