Syndiniales spore distribution patterns along the Baltic Sea environmental gradients

This study focuses on determinig the parasitic Syndiniales spore distribution patterns along the Baltic Sea environmental gradients. The samples are collected from three different depths along the coast of Sweden. The water samples have been size filtered to extract the Syndiniales spores from the water to determine their distribution patterns in the environment and in association with possible host taxa. The data is 18S metabarcoding data of the V4 region.
