Late emergence of pathological oscillatory activity in the retina of the Retinitis pigmentosa model RCS (Royal College of Surgeons) rat

This repository contains the data associated with the figures presented in the publication: “Late emergence of pathological oscillatory activity in the
retina of the Retinitis pigmentosa model RCS (Royal College of Surgeons) rat”. It includes both raw recordings and their corresponding
fast Fourier transform (FFT) analyses from RCS rat retina. The dataset comprises recordings across different experimental conditions, including varying
age groups (Figure 1), recording depths (Figure 2), extended recording durations (Figure 3), and pharmacological manipulation with GABA (Figure 4).
Figure 5 presents changes in stimulation efficiency in the presence of GABA, while Figure 6 illustrates opsin expression in wild-type (WT) and in different
age groups of RCS rat retina.
