Sus scrofa Transcriptome IsoSeq

To finely annotate a newly assembled PacBio long-read based genome, multiple tissues from the same single cross-bred domestic pigs were sequenced by PacBio IsoSeq and Illumina RNA-seq. The "full-length, non-chimeric" IsoSeq reads were error corrected with the cleaned, merged and digitally normalized RNA-seq reads by combining the SMRT Analysis software with Proovread.
