资源简介:

Participant-level de-identified data and the complete analysis code supporting all tables, figures and reported statistics of the study. Forty-three adults were assessed: 35 meeting DSM-5 criteria for borderline personality disorder (BPD), stratified by the presence of a current major depressive episode on the MINI, and 8 healthy controls. Thirteen peripheral markers were quantified in plasma by ELISA and colorimetric assay (IL-1β, IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, IL-12, IL-17, IFN-γ, TNF-α, MCP-1/CCL2, reduced glutathione, nitrite, TBARS and BDNF), alongside the MINI, Childhood Trauma Questionnaire, Difficulties in Emotion Regulation Scale, Functioning Assessment Short Test and the 17-item Hamilton Depression Rating Scale. The archive contains the 43 × 54 participant-level table, a data dictionary describing every variable with units and missingness, and a single Python script that regenerates Tables 1–4 and Supplementary Tables S1–S10 from the raw file, including the bootstrap confidence intervals, the Benjamini-Hochberg corrections, the rank-based inverse-normal arm indices and the minimum detectable effects. No direct or indirect identifiers are present: participants carry sequential pseudonyms and no dates, locations or free text are retained. Ethics approval: Clinical Research Ethics Committee of the Drug Research and Development Center (NPDM), Federal University of Ceará, protocol 26263919.7.0000.5054.
