Relative abundances of MSPs and CAZYme genes in human gut metagenomes and fibre-directed consortia in bioreactors (ENA PRJEB61523)

This repository contains two Excel files presenting metagenomic species and glycoside hydrolase gene abundance data, respectively, generated from shotgun metagenomic sequencing of human gut metagenomes and fibre-directed bioreactor consortia from three healthy volunteers. This is part of a paper submitted for publication entitled "Structural differences in prebiotic-resistant dextrins drive human gut microbiota and glycoside hydrolase profiles in ex vivo continuous fermentations" (supplementary data files) from Bressuire et al. (INRAE/ROQUETTE collaborative work).
