MALDI-MS spectra_infection with Serratia marcescens_discriminant fingerprint

MALDI mass spectra from hemolymph of individually challenged honey bees with Serratia marcescens strain. These spectra were used to compare with those from infected honey bees with Serratia entomophila in order to discriminate the respective systemic molecular patterns at the species level within these two Gram negative strains.
