Gene expression changes in response to low R:FR in wild-type and hfr1pil1 mutants for 96 hours.

RNA-sequencing was performed using Col-0 and hfr1-4pil1-2 seedlings upon 96 hours (96hr) low R:FR treatment. We analysed global gene expression changes in Arabidopsis thaliana in response to 96hr low R:FR, in order to identify the different effects of negative regulator in long-term treatments. Overall design: Three-day-old seedlings grown under white light were treated with or without low R:FR for 96 hr, shoot tissue were collected.
