Supplementary data for: From pediatric PAP prescription to sustained home therapy for obstructive sleep apnea: a systematic review and evidence-informed state-transition implementation mechanism model

Supplementary data package for a PROSPERO-registered systematic review and theory-informed implementation synthesis of pediatric positive airway pressure adherence support for obstructive sleep apnea. The package contains search and PRISMA-S materials, study-level extraction workbooks, outcome synthesis and GRADE-supporting materials, risk-of-bias/study-quality assessments, evidence-role accounting, evidence-to-model traceability, and a causal testing architecture for the review-derived state-transition implementation mechanism model. Public workbooks have long verbatim/source-text excerpts redacted while retaining bibliographic metadata, coded categories, synthesis decisions, numerical summaries, risk-of-bias judgments, and GRADE-supporting judgments.
