Illumina paired end short read sequence dataset from Heliconius numata individuals described in Nadeau et al (2016: A major gene controls mimicry and crypsis in butterflies and moths). This dataset was used to support population genomics analyses with the goal of assessing association between Yb/P superscaffold and, more specifically, the cortex gene and wing pattern differences between H. numata morphs.
