First: "_Dataset.xlsx" contains the required data to conduct the analyses in "KDA_Example.Rmd" Second: "tabla_relevant.xlsx" contains the required data of keystone species extracted from the previous .rmd, that will be used in "Network_Motifs.Rmd" to obtain the interaction motifs.
