Effect of repeated optogenetic stimulation on chromatin accessibility in the mouse dentate gyrus [ATAC-seq]

To investigate the effect of repeated neural overactivation in the chromatin accessibility of dentate gyrus neurons, we optogenetically stimulated mouse dentate gyrus repeatedly. We then performed chromatin accessibility profiling using data obtained from ATAC-seq of mice in two different stimulation conditions and no stimulation condition. Comparative chromatin accessibility profiling of ATAC-seq data for mouse dentate gyrus neurons in three differnet conditions (No Stimulation, Stimx3+2wks, and Stimx10+2wks).
