Dataset for: UAV LiDAR-Based Assessment of Debris Basin Deposition Following the Eaton Fire, Los Angeles County, and the Storms in Water Years 2025 and 2026
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains processed basin-level debris deposition inventories derived from repeat UAV LiDAR surveys following the January 2025 Eaton Fire in Los Angeles County, California. It includes results for the November 2025, December 2025, and February 2026 storm events. Bare-earth DEMs were generated from classified ground returns, co-registered using the Nuth and Kääb method, and differenced to estimate topographic change within debris-basin boundaries. The tables include survey timing, basin coordinates, LiDAR-derived deposited volume, design capacity, percentage capacity filled, QC flags, and operational notes. For February 2026, corrected deposited volumes incorporate available Los Angeles County haul/removal records where maintenance occurred between the storm and post-event survey. Standing-water effects, removal activity, and other interpretation limitations are documented in the QC and notes fields.
