Mouse mesothelial cells were isolated from peritoneal adhesions induced in an ischaemic button-based mouse model and compared by RNA-sequencing to control mouse peritoneal mesothelial cells. The aim of this study is to investigate if MMT-related changes occurring in mice are representative of those observed in peritoneal adhesion patients.
