为保证大米安全性,需要对大米中镉含量进行把控。《食品安全国家标准食品中污染物限量》(GB 2762—2017)中规定,大米最高限量值为0.2mg/kg。本数据主要用于监测诸暨市流通领域大米含量指标的情况,为监管部门提供监管依据。1.数据采集:数据采集于诸暨市场的抽检样品;2.数据处理:对我市市场的抽检产品的检测值按照如下公式进行计算:X=(C-C0)*V*f/m/1000,式中:X为试样中待测组分含量,单位为毫克每千克(mg/kg);C为试样待测液中镉含量,单位为微克每升(ug/L);C0为试剂空白液中镉含量,单位为微克每升(ug/L);V为试样待测液定容体积 ,单位为毫升(mL);m为试样质量 ,单位为克(g);f值为定值;1000为换算系数 。可得检查项目镉的含量数据。3.数据分析:将以上检测数据对比国标GB 5009.15-2014 《食品安全国家标准 食品中镉的测定》标定的数据要求,在限定值内的为合格,超出限定值的为不合格
To ensure the safety of rice, it is necessary to control the cadmium content in rice. The National Food Safety Standard Limits of Contaminants in Foods (GB 2762—2017) stipulates that the maximum allowable limit of cadmium in rice is 0.2 mg/kg. This dataset is primarily used to monitor the cadmium content indicators of rice in the circulation sector of Zhuji City, providing regulatory basis for relevant regulatory authorities.
1. Data Collection: The dataset was collected from random inspection samples obtained from markets in Zhuji City.
2. Data Processing: The detection values of the randomly inspected products from local markets were calculated using the following formula:
X = (C - C0) * V * f / (m * 1000)
Where:
X is the content of the target component to be detected in the test sample, with the unit of milligrams per kilogram (mg/kg);
C is the cadmium concentration in the test solution of the sample, with the unit of micrograms per liter (μg/L);
C0 is the cadmium concentration in the reagent blank solution, with the unit of micrograms per liter (μg/L);
V is the constant volume of the sample test solution, with the unit of milliliters (mL);
m is the mass of the test sample, with the unit of grams (g);
f is a pre-defined fixed value;
1000 is the unit conversion coefficient.
The cadmium content data for the inspection item can be obtained through this calculation.
3. Data Analysis: The obtained detection data were compared against the requirements specified in the national standard GB 5009.15-2014 National Food Safety Standard: Determination of Cadmium in Foods. Samples with cadmium content within the specified limit are considered qualified, while those exceeding the limit are classified as unqualified.
