资源简介:
This study aims to explore the role of nerves in tumor biology, particularly focusing on their function and the impact of the neural microenvironment in cancer invasion. Utilizing multi-omics technologies, we have mapped the spatial transcriptomic landscape of nerve-associated cells in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC). By analyzing tissue samples with varying degrees of neural invasion, we have uncovered the complex interactions between tumor cells, immune cells, and neurons, providing new insights into the mechanisms underlying nerve-tumor interactions. This research lays the groundwork for future studies in cancer neuroscience and potentially advances the development of novel therapeutic strategies. We generated scRNA-seq and snRNA-seq data from 25 patients to investigate Neural Invasion in PDAC, including tumor and normal tissue. *************************************************************** Raw data were deposited in the Genome Sequence Archive (GSA) with the accession number HRA008568. ***************************************************************
