Syntenic centromere annotations for all 2,737 S. cerevisiae assemblies. The first column indicates the assembly, and the next 32 columns contain syntenic centromere assignments. Column 2_A, for example, contains every annotated centromere on chromosome 2. If there were two centromere variants found for a certain chromosome, the second variant can be found in column _B.
