资源简介:
The goal of this study was to evaluate the impact of direct and developmental exposure to cannabidiol on DNA methylation in the brain. Pregnant wild-type a/a mice from the Agouti viable yellow (Avy) strain were administered 20 mg/kg CBD daily from 14 days prior to mating through gestation and lactation. Reduced representation bisulfite sequencing was performed on cerebral cortex from directly exposed F0 females as well as cortex and hippocampus from their developmentally exposed F1 female offspring.
