This dataset is a transcript of the Voluntary Levy, a series of quotas that were assigned to the twenty-six counties of the Irish Free State. The levy appears to have been designed to set a minimum quota of 17% percent of all males aged 18-30 in each county. Using the 1911 Irish population figures.
