J-202-2-02 宁夏经30年研究实施的“枸杞新品种选育及配套技术研究与应用”科技攻关项目,是近十多年来,宁夏第一次获得的完全由我区科技人员自主创新、具有自主知识产权的国家科学技术进步奖。 为促进宁夏传统的枸杞生产向产业转化,在国家科技部、宁夏自治区科技厅的支持下,由宁夏农林科学院主持,宁夏上实保健品有限公司、宁夏杞乡生物食品工程有限公司等单位共同完成该项目,从枸杞新品种选育、规范化种植技术体系建立、深加工技术及产品开发、标准制定等多个领域深入研究,培育出宁杞1号、宁杞2号两个品质优、产量高、抗性强、适应性广、综合性状优良的新品种,千粒重、产量、商品率均比传统品种大幅度提高,平均每亩新增纯收入445.68元,实现了枸杞品种的更新换代。建成了我国唯一的枸杞种质资源圃,研究建立了枸杞规范化种植技术体系(GAP)并在生产中广泛应用,使我区枸杞生产实现了种植规模化、技术规范化、投入无害化、质量标准化、管理集约化,保证了枸杞产品安全、有效、稳定、可控,获得了枸杞绿色食品证书。同时,开发出鲜枸杞颗粒冲剂、枸杞泡腾片、枸杞籽油软胶囊等7个深加工产品,通过国家食品药品监督管理局和宁夏卫生厅的审批,批量生产并投放市场。制定了2个国家标准、2个部颁标准、3个地方标准、7个企业标准,取得了3项专利。 项目实施过程中,实现了品种、技术、产品和标准四大创新,新品种和规范化种植技术体系在全国20多个省区推广,平均亩产185公斤,提高31.2%,创造了亩产482.55公斤的纪录。项目实施以来,全国累计实现枸杞产值50多亿元,其中宁夏28亿元。 该项目的实施,为宁夏枸杞产业的升级提供了科技支撑,延长了产业链,促进了传统产业向现代产业的转变,实现了枸杞科技产业的跨越式发展。

The scientific and technological research project "Breeding of New Wolfberry Varieties and Supporting Technology Research and Application", implemented by Ningxia after 30 years of research, is the first National Science and Technology Progress Award obtained by Ningxia over the past decade, which is fully independently innovated by local scientific and technological personnel in Ningxia and holds independent intellectual property rights.
To promote the industrial transformation of Ningxia's traditional wolfberry production, with the support of the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China and the Science and Technology Department of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, this project was hosted by Ningxia Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences, and jointly completed by Ningxia Shangshi Health Products Co., Ltd., Ningxia Qixiang Biological Food Engineering Co., Ltd. and other units. In-depth research was carried out in multiple fields including breeding of new wolfberry varieties, establishment of standardized planting technology system, deep-processing technology and product development, and standard formulation. Two new varieties, Ningqi No.1 and Ningqi No.2, were bred, which feature excellent quality, high yield, strong stress resistance, wide adaptability and comprehensive superior traits. The 1000-grain weight, yield and commodity rate were all significantly improved compared with traditional varieties, with an average additional net income of 445.68 yuan per mu, achieving the renewal of wolfberry varieties.
The project established the only wolfberry germplasm resource nursery in China, developed and established the wolfberry standardized planting technology system (Good Agricultural Practice, GAP), which was widely applied in production. This enabled the wolfberry production in Ningxia to achieve scaled planting, standardized technology, harmless input, standardized quality and intensive management, ensuring the safety, efficacy, stability and controllability of wolfberry products, and obtaining the Green Food Certificate for wolfberry products. Meanwhile, 7 deep-processed products were developed, including fresh wolfberry instant granules, wolfberry effervescent tablets, wolfberry seed oil soft capsules and others. These products passed the examination and approval of the National Medical Products Administration and the Health Department of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, and were mass-produced and launched into the market. The project formulated 2 national standards, 2 ministerial standards, 3 local standards and 7 enterprise standards, and obtained 3 patents.
During the implementation of the project, four major innovations were realized in variety, technology, product and standard. The new varieties and standardized planting technology system were promoted in more than 20 provinces and regions across China, with an average yield of 185 kg per mu, an increase of 31.2%, setting a record of 482.55 kg per mu. Since the implementation of the project, the cumulative total output value of wolfberry industry nationwide has exceeded 5 billion yuan, of which 2.8 billion yuan came from Ningxia.
The implementation of this project provided scientific and technological support for the upgrading of Ningxia's wolfberry industry, extended the industrial chain, promoted the transformation from traditional industry to modern industry, and realized the leap-forward development of wolfberry scientific and technological industry.
