In this study, we identified a distinct subset of CD63hiCD9hi CD206+Class IIlo hypoxic TAMs, located near tumors. These TAMs engage in trogocytosis, internalizing tumor membrane fragments, and cross-dress major histocompatibility complex MHC/tumor antigen epitopes.
