A time course with 5 differentiation arms was performed, including retinoic acid, BMP4, SB431542, mesoderm and endoderm. RNA-Seq expression profile performed in EpiSC-5 cells at 3h, 6h, 12h, 18h, 24h, 36h, 48h and 72h after treatment. Overall design: EpiSC-5 mouse epiblast stem cells were perturbed with retinoic acid; BMP4; SB431542; WAFB (Wnt3a, Activin A, FGF2, and BMP4); and WA (Wnt3a and Activin A). Expression profiles were obtained at 3h, 6h, 12h, 18h, 24h, 36h, 48h and 72h
