Effects of Spirulina maxima extract on tomato plant growth and rhizosphere microbiome

This study investigates the impact of different doses of Spirulina maxima extract on tomato plant growth parameters and rhizosphere characteristics. The rhizosphere microbiome was analyzed through 16S rRNA gene sequencing, focusing on the V4 region, to explore the relationship between plant growth and microbial community structure.
