The AGM-derived stromal cell line UG26-1B6, which expresses Gata3 and has previously been shown to support haematopoietic stem and progenitor cells, was used as a model for the AGM haematopoiesis-supportive microenvironment. Genomic DNA from this cell line was probed with a Gata3 antibody to identify Gata3 binding sites via ChIP-Seq.
