资源简介:
In the bacterium Escherichia coli, RecBCD coordinates repair of two ends at a DNA double-strand break, preventing aberrant chromosome amplification Overall design: RecA binding to the chromosome of four E. coli strains was analysed by RecA-ChIP. Two biological repeats were carried out for each of the four strains. Two strains experienced an induced DNA double strand break (DL4184 and DL5699) and two did not (DL4201 and DL6204). Two strains are wild-type for the recD gene (DL4184 and DL4201) and two strains have the recD gene deleted (DL5699 and DL6204). This series contains two re-analyzed samples from GSE77181 (GSM2045608 and GSM2045609).
