Sustained Clinical Response to Treatment Directed by Genomic Expression Profiling in Choroid Plexus Carcinoma

We used illumina sequencing technology to sequence the genomic RNA,DNA of tumor cells and normal cells obtained from patient with choroid plexus carcinoma.We identified somatic mutations in the tumor genome, including single nucleotide variants, insertions, deletions, and structural variants.
