A dataset of observing bottom fishery stocks in the adjacent waters of Changdao Islands, Shandong Province, 2021

This dataset contains 6 data files, 5 of which are in "*. xlsx" table file and one "*. zip" compressed file. The "*. xlsx" files includes 5 data tables, namely: table of bottom fishery populations, table of the index of importance relative, table of community biodiversity indices, table of CPUE centers coordinates, table of species turnover rates. The table of bottom fishery populations contains a total of 5 sheets of populations of each taxon that had been appeared in each month. The table of the index of importance relative contains a total of 10 sheets of dominance data for each month from March to December 2021. The "*. zip" file contains 18 graphs in "*. jpg" format, namely: map of CPUE proportion distribution of each taxon at each station, map of CPUE proportion distribution of fish populations at each station, map of CPUE proportion distribution of mollusk populations at each station; map of CPUE proportion distribution of arthropod populations at each station; map of CPUE proportion distribution of echinoderm populations at each station; map of CPUE proportion distribution of brachiopod populations at each station; map of the spatio-temporal distribution of total CPUE centers, map of the spatio-temporal distribution of CPUE centers of fish taxon, map of the spatio-temporal distribution of CPUE centers of mollusk taxon, map of the spatio-temporal distribution of CPUE centers of arthropod taxon, map of the spatio-temporal distribution of CPUE centers of echinoderm taxon, map of the spatio-temporal distribution of CPUE centers of brachiopod taxon, line graphs of species turnover rates, line graphs of fishery resources biodiversity indices, line graphs of fish taxon biodiversity indices, line graphs of mollusk taxon biodiversity indices, line graphs of arthropod taxon biodiversity indices, line graphs of echinoderm taxon biodiversity indices.
