负荷可调节潜力评估数据集主要面向负荷侧灵活性资源聚合优化方法研究、新能源电网需求侧负荷响应曲线制定需求建设。基于国网甘肃省电力公司营销中心的数据信息共享,通过多次数据采集主要获取了2023年12月1日至2025年3月31日时间范围中,甘肃省内包括电解铝、碳化硅、水泥、有色金属、铁合金共五种大工业负荷的历史实际用电曲线,数据量60.08MB。通过运行课题研发的负荷响应功能模块,输入各负荷类型下历史用电曲线及负荷响应置信度,计算得到不同置信度下、不同负荷类型的可调节潜力评估结果,形成负荷可调节潜力评估数据集。
This Load Adjustment Potential Evaluation Dataset is primarily constructed for two core objectives: research on aggregation optimization methods for flexibility resources on the load side, and the formulation of demand-side load response curves for new energy power grids. Leveraging the data information sharing mechanism from the Marketing Center of State Grid Gansu Electric Power Company, historical actual power consumption curves of five categories of large industrial loads in Gansu Province (including electrolytic aluminum, silicon carbide, cement, non-ferrous metals, and ferroalloys) were collected through multiple data acquisition campaigns over the period from December 1, 2023 to March 31, 2025, with a total data size of 60.08 MB. Subsequently, by running the load response function module developed in this research project, and inputting the historical power consumption curves and load response confidence levels corresponding to each load type, we calculated the load adjustment potential evaluation results for different load types under various confidence levels, thus finalizing this Load Adjustment Potential Evaluation Dataset.
