RV Investigator Voyage IN2021_V03 End of Voyage (EOV) Archive

This record describes the End of Voyage (EOV) archive from the Marine National Facility (MNF) RV Investigator research voyage IN2021_V03, titled "Integrated Marine Observing System: monitoring of East Australian Current property transports at 27 degrees South (multi-year)." The voyage took place from Hobart (TAS) to Brisbane (QLD) between May 8 and June 3, 2021 (AEST).\n\nFor further information please refer to the voyage documentation links below.\n\nInstruments used and data collected include:\nRegular measurements:\nAcoustic Doppler Current Profiler (ADCP; 75, 150 KHz ), Greenhouse Gas Analysers (Picarro), Cloud Condensation Nuclei counter (CCN), Condensation Particle Counters (CPC), Disdrometer, Radon and Ozone sensors, CTD, Hydrochemistry, Gravimeter, pCO2, Multibeam Echosounder (EM710, EM122), Fisheries echosounder (ME70), Sub-bottom Profiler (SBP120), GPS Positioning System, Doppler Velocity Log, Thermosalinographs (TSG), Fluorometer, Oxygen optode, Infrared Sea Surface Temperature Autonomous Radiometer (ISAR), Multiangle Absorption Photometer (MAAP), Nephelometer, Atmospheric Temperature, Humidity, Pressure, Wind and Rain sensors, Photosynthetically Active Radiation (PAR) sensor, Precision Infrared Radiometer (PIR), Precision Spectral Pyranometer (PSP), Starboard and Portside Radiometers, Ultra Short BaseLine Underwater Positioning System (USBL), Triaxus, Weather Radar, Wildlife observations (seabirds, cetaceans and seals), Expendable Bathythermographs (XBTs).\n\nVoyage-specific measurements:\nAutonomous Surface Vehicle CO2 sensor (ASVCO2), Beam Trawl, Biogeochemical (BGC) Argo floats, Core Argo floats, Bongo Net, Plankton Net, Cosmic Ray Detector, Moorings.\n\nThe archive for the IN2021_V03 EOV raw data is curated by the CSIRO National Collections and Marine Infrastructure (NCMI) Information and Data Centre (IDC) in Hobart, with a permanent archive at the CSIRO Data Access Portal (DAP, https://data.csiro.au/dap/), providing access to participants and processors of the data collected in the voyage.\n\nAll voyage documentation is available electronically to MNF support via the local network. The raw EOV data archive was transferred to the CSIRO NCMI Information and Data Centre in Hobart. \n\nA manifest file for the final archive was generated (in2021_v03_manifest_1.0_rawVoyage_cs.txt, DD/MM/20YY). Stored Volume: 1,052 folders, 106,622 files, 2,008,425,785,659 bytes.\n\nAvailable paper documents are scanned to 400 dpi PDF and stored at the IDC record storage system. ELOG files are generated as csv-formatted files and archived.
