资源简介:
We examined the response of bacterial communities to organic matter addition across cropland, old-field, and forest microcosms. We also used DNA-SIP to identify the bacterial taxa active in turnover of xylose, amino acids, vanillin, cellulose, or palmitic acid in these soils. The goal of this study was to identify how bacterial populations active in soil organic matter turnover differed across land-use regimes.
