The present study aims to investigate the transcriptional landscape of adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells (ADMSCs) following genetic modification with acidic fibroblast growth factor (aFGF). By employing comprehensive transcriptome sequencing, we seek to elucidate the molecular mechanisms and gene expression profiles induced by aFGF gene modification. Our research objectives include: (1) characterizing the global transcriptional changes in gene-modified ADMSCs, (2) identifying potential regulatory pathways activated by aFGF gene introduction, and (3) exploring the implications of these genetic alterations on stem cell proliferation, differentiation, and functional characteristics. Through this systematic analysis, we aim to provide novel insights into stem cell biology and potential applications in regenerative medicine, offering a detailed molecular understanding of how genetic modifications can influence cellular behavior and gene expression dynamics.
