Single-cell transcriptome profiling of CIA rat synovium

This project contains bulk and single-cell RNA sequencing data from rat models of collagen-induced arthritis (CIA) and FA-PEG-NTK treated groups. The data provide insights into immune microenvironment remodeling and therapeutic mechanisms.
