Additional file 7: Table S1. Alpha-diversity dynamics over time and treatments. This statistical summary reveals richness or evenness changes over time (Tables 1 and 2) and between control and treatments (Table 3) in water and host communities. The significant changes of alpha-diversity indices between treatments and control were statistically tested using Kruskal-Wallis and Wilcoxon tests by applying Benjamini-Hochberg correction. The same statistics were used to compare alpha-diversity over time.
