Stimulons of Vibrio parahaemolyticus RIMD2210633 by 1% arabinose and 0.2% chloramphenicol

Vibrio parahaemolyticus RIMD2210633 was grown in 2.5% (w/v) Bacto Heart Infusion (HI) broth (BD Biosciences, USA) supplemented with 1% arabinose and 0.2% chloramphenicol, respectively, at 37 degrees till to the mid-log phase (OD600 equals to approximately 1.2). Vibrio parahaemolyticus grown in only HI broth was used as the control group.Total RNA was extracted using TRIzol Reagent (Invitrogen, USA). RNA-seq was performed to compare gene expression profils between test and control groups.
