This dataset contains anonymized data collected from healthcare professionals to examine the relationship between post-earthquake trauma and workplace well-being. The dataset includes demographic variables, trauma scale scores (PETLIS), and workplace well-being scores (SWELL). All personal identifiers have been removed to ensure participant confidentiality.
