Introducing a reliable standardized essential gene dataset for PA14 to facilitate Tn-Seq analyses

Tn-Seq analyses are a crucial resource for understanding gene function and potentially identifying new therapeutic targets. However, during our analyses, we encountered a significant number of available tools and a wide disparity of results in the literature. Therefore, we decided to propose a comparison of the available tools and establish two reference datasets of essential genes for PA14. This will enable anyone conducting Tn-Seq to verify the quality of their analyses and thus harmonize publications.
