This dataset contains data from two experiments aimed at exploring the impact of icon depth and presentation style in virtual reality interfaces on user task performance under different cognitive load conditions at different times. Experiment 1 manipulated cognitive load through time pressure, recording the completion time and error rate of primary and secondary tasks to verify the relationship between time pressure and cognitive load. Experiment 2: Design a three factor experiment (time pressure x icon depth x icon style) to measure task completion time and accuracy, and analyze the performance differences of different icon depths and presentation styles under high, medium, and low loads, the optimal icon design scheme was determined for different cognitive load scenarios.. This dataset can provide basic data support for virtual emergency interface design, cognitive load research, and human factors engineering. The data format is Excel, suitable for statistical analysis tools such as SPSS and R.
