SURFEX-MEGAN3.0 open-loop based BVOC emissions

Biogenic volatile organic compound (BVOC) emissions calculated using a coupled modelling system consisting of the SURFEX land surface model and the MEGAN3 BVOC emission model. These emissions were calculated using the SURFEX model in open-loop (i.e., no data assimilation) configuration over the time period 2018-2022. The emissions are calculated over the Copernicus Atmospheric Monitoring Service European domain at a spatial resolution of 0.1 x 0.1 degree. The emissions are calculated for the RACM chemical mechanism. The data are in zipped netcdf format. Each file represents a single chemical species for a single month in the time period January 2018-December 2022.
